To apply to PBCSF, you need to prepare a list of documents that will help us assess your qualifications. Remember, all materials must be submitted online by the application deadline. The following serves as a preview of what you need to prepare.

Recommendations

Please provide two Letters of Reference. Here is the sample.
The two referrers are required to be the immediate supervisor of an applicant and an authority in academia, industry or government. In case of no immediate supervisor, another supervisor can serve as referrer. Reference letters must be written and signed by the referrers themselves.

Degree or Diploma Certificate

Please provide a scanned copy of your diploma or degree certificate or any certificates from China's national education series of higher education a proved by the Ministry of Education. Others are deemed invalid.

Valid Certificate of Identity

Please provide a scanned copy of a valid certificate of identity.

Business Card

Please provide a scanned copy of business card.

A One-inch Recent Photograph

Please provide a scanned copy of your identification photo, which must be taken within the last six months. The dimensions for your photo are 145px*196px and the upload file size should be less than 40KB in JPG, GIF, or PNG image format.
