Ms. Meng Xiaosi has been in charge of international exchange and organization and personnel work for a long time, and has rich leadership experience and broad international vision. In 2005, she was awarded the French National Order of Merit Officer signed by President Chirac of France, and in 2006, he was awarded the Pushkin Medal, the highest level of Russian culture award.

"The word leadership is not a position, not a merit, not a chain of command, and not a dazzling grandeur. It is a practice of making people more human, making the organization more uplifting, making the society move forward, and making these changes happen more organically," Meng Xiaosi opened by quoting Yang Bin, vice president of Tsinghua University, explaining the nature of leadership.

After elaborating on the concepts and characteristics of leadership and the related theories of leadership, Prof. Meng Xiaosi said that the key to improving leadership lies in improving strategic thinking and personal charm. Among them, strategic thinking requires leaders to be far-sighted and aware of the general trend; able to draw simplicity out of complexity, and grasp the key elements that can lead out other links; but not to treat conventions as eternal patterns. Knowing people well and assigning them to proper duty, the leader acts like a master craftsman and sees no waste in people. For the improvement of personal charm, Madam Meng Xiaosi showed the students the importance of noble mindset and adversity quotient (AQ) for the students through a large number of examples of excellent leaders and managers.

In the sharing of "Eloquence and the Practice of Communication Art", Madam Meng Xiaosi vividly showed the students the art of communication in different situations through a good number of detailed diplomatic and foreign affairs circumstances, and highly condensed the cultivation method into five major points.
