雷**同学：

清华大学拟对您作出予以退学处理，因穷尽其他送达方式后仍无法送达本通知，特予公告送达。自本公告发出之日起，满十个工作日，即视为送达。公告内容如下：

雷**，男，金融学院2017级非全日制硕士研究生，学号2017280716。

雷**在学校规定的最长修业年限内未毕业且未结业。根据《清华大学研究生学籍管理规定》（清校发〔2019〕49号）第三十二条第四项的规定，拟予以雷**退学处理。

雷**对此处理意见如有异议，可以在拟处理意见书送达之日起5个工作日内，向本院系研究生管理部门提出书面申辩。

书面申辩材料可发送至电子邮箱jrxyjxb@mailoa.tsinghua.edu.cn或送交至金融学院1-201办公室。

Since this notice cannot be delivered despite the exhaustion of all other available means of service, we make an announcement as follows，which shall be deemed to have been served ten working days from the date of issuance of this announcement.

LEI**, Male，Master’s student, ID: 2017280716, Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance.

LEI** has failed to graduate or complete his study within the maximum length of the program. According to Subparagraph 4 of Article 32 of Regulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, LEI** will be withdrawn from the University.

If there are any objections, LEI** can submit a written defense to the postgraduate management office of the school within 5 working days of the receipt of this notice.

The written defense materials can be sent to email address jrxyjxb@mailoa.tsinghua.edu.cn or delivered to Room201 of the PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University.
